Windsor 500 Programming Manual - Issue C

EvProg Menu

Holiday

Holiday periods may be programmed by engineer and manager users. The schedule will not
operate during the holiday periods. A maximum of 12 holiday periods may be specified. A
holiday period is programmed by entering a start and an end date. The dates are entered in the
same way as specifying the calendar date.

If there are no holidays programmed or the last programmed
holiday period has been displayed the add holiday prompt will be
displayed.

When the start and end dates have been entered Windsor will display the holiday period.

To view all holiday periods use the

buttons. The holidays will be displayed in

chronological order. To remove a date enter a start and end date of 0000. To program a single
day holiday program the start and end date for the same date.

If the holiday date entered is before the current date then the day displayed will be the
day of the week for that date in the following year. Holiday periods remain valid for every
year until removed.

EvProg Menu

Start Time

The event programmer schedule normally starts each day at midnight. In some applications it
is desirable to operate the schedule through midnight. This can be achieved by modifying the
start time. All programmed schedule times must be at least 1 minute after the start time.

Normally a manager or ordinary user can only view the event programmer times. If the user
edit option is on then a manager or ordinary user can edit the times.
