Windsor can be fitted with up to 3 internal serial bus (ISB) PCBs

. The PCBs are numbered 1-

3. Refer to the Windsor installation manual for details of the connections. It is essential to
remove the shunt link from LK2

on the main PCB and fit it on the ISB connection PCB when

adding PCBs. ISB PCBs must be fitted in numeric order starting from PCB 1. The maximum
load on the ISB must not exceed 11. The load value for each type of PCB is shown below.

To view or modify the ISB hardware select option 1 from the hardware menu and then enter
the PCB number.

If the selected type is concentrator the address must also be entered. The concentrator
address is not the same as the PCB number. The concentrator range is 1 to the
concentrator system size value.

If the selected type is output the device number must also be entered. The device number is
not the same as the PCB number. The device number range is 1-19.

When all connected ISB PCBs have been programmed press QUIT. Windsor will then check
that the ISB load factor matches the programmed PCBs. Windsor will then report either FAIL
or OK. Windsor cannot detect PCBs which have been connected in a different order
from the programmed order.

Windsor Mark 1 in a large case can be fitted with 5 ISB PCBs.
