EvProg Areas Menu

Set Delay

This  option  works  in  conjunction  with  the  alarm  unset  option  and  is  only  in  the  HS  event
programmer. If  an area is unset following an alarm Windsor can be programmed to auto set
after a programmed number of minutes in the range 1-99 minutes (0=Off). Windsor will only
auto  set  if  the  current  time  plus  the  programmed  set  delay  minutes  is  before  the
programmed  event  programmer  start  time  and  if  the  current  time  is  after  the  normal
(programmed)  set  time.  Windsor  will  give  a  set  warning  10  minutes  (fixed)  before  the  new
auto set time.

Alarm Unset

The HS event programmer normally only allows unsetting during the programmed open close
period. However, if Alarm Unset is on and an alarm occurs, then Windsor will allow all areas
programmed for alarm unset to be unset out with the open/close period.

Shnt Group

In a Windsor system circuits can be shunted in 2 ways;

•

by an HS event programmer timer

•

by a master shunt circuit activation

Both methods operate on circuits which are in a bypass group (see circuit programming for
more details). A shunted circuit has no alarm response. Before a circuit can be shunted it
must either be;

•

in both the event programmer area and the bypass group programmed as the shunt

group or

•

in the master circuit shunt group

When a shunt group is programmed all circuits in the group will be shunted from the
programmed shunt on time until the shunt off time.
