Note:

 Before replacing the faulty parts, make sure to block their openings with tapes. They should 

be kept intact for further analysis.   

Note: 

Volumes of oils drawn out from the oil separator, and gas separator should be recorded. After 

faulty  compressors  and  parts  are  replaced,  you  should  fill  new  oils  of  equivalent  amount  into  the 

compressors and parts.   

Step 6: Clear pipeline system.   

Check  pipelines  for  abnormalities.  Charge  nitrogen  into  the  main  pipeline  and  clear  the  pipeline 

system.
