0: head loading error; 2: diode rank error; 3: head overheat error.

X in the last digit is a hexadecimal digit corresponding to the head where the error has
occurred.
4-bit binary digits correspond to heads A, B, C, and D, from the lower bit.
Head A reports an error is "0001," and the number of times that heads B and C report
errors is "0110." These binary digits, converted into hexadecimal digits, are indicated as
the lowermost digit of the code.
