: SCSI communication error

<Cause>

An abnormal condition has been detected in SCSI communication between the host
computer and the printer.

<Probable faulty component>

Host computer or hardware RIP, SCSI cable, interface connector Ass'y, system
controller.

<Action>

1. SCSI cable:

Visually check for abnormal conditions such as pins bent connector.

2. PC:

Connect the PC with the service tool installed to the printer and issue a set of
print data. Replace the PC if no further abnormal conditions are detected.

3. Replace the interface connector Ass'y.
4. Replace the system controller.

: Image process controller: FRASH ROM error

An abnormal condition occurred in the FLASH ROM of the image process controller.
