5.3 Error Indications
The printer alerts the user by the message display and the LEDs which allow the user
to identify the nature of any errors.
It also details the printer situation on the status monitor screen of the printer driver,
when an operator call error has occurred during a print job.
Two types of errors are indicated on the display: "operator call errors" and "warnings
(W)" are user-recoverable if dealt with in the early stages, while "errors (E)" and
"firmware errors (B)" require service by service personnel.
