1.5 Waste-Ink Tank

The waste-ink tank is capable of holding about 2000ml of waste-ink. Waste-ink is
collected from three sources: the purge unit, the maintenance-jet tray, and the nozzle-
check unit.

1.6 Spindle

You can install one spindle in each of the cassettes for roll media, A and B.
The spindle for a 2-inch inner diameter paper tube is shipped with the printer.
However, the spindle for a 3-inch inner diameter tube is also optionally available.
The spindle locks into the cardboard tube of roll media with an outer diameter not more
than 130mm.
