Print - Prints the Service Log of the current month. performs the same function.
Only the selected range of the service log prints when you choose File > Print or .
NOTE
Select a date range that has < 500 entries when printing.

Save -
Saves a new entry on the Service Log. performs the same function.
•
Exit
- Exits the Service Log. performs the same function.
Help
Display the Service Log help. performs the same function.
Navios Maintenance Log
When the Maintenance Log for December is printed or saved, entries for the subsequent eleven
months disappear. For example, if the December 2012 Maintenance Log is printed or saved, any
Maintenance Log entries for January through November 2013 will disappear.
This can result in potentially incomplete Maintenance Log entries. No other Report Generator
functions or patient results are affected.
The action to be taken for this is as follows:
•
Always print or save the December Maintenance Log prior to entering any subsequent month’s
log records.
•
If a print out or saving of the December Maintenance Log is required after entering log records
for any subsequent months, backup the database prior to printing or saving (see
Report
Generator Database Utilities and Backup in CHAPTER 10, Using Navios Software ) and restore the
database after printing or saving (see Report Generator Database Utilities and Restore Archive
in CHAPTER 10, Using Navios Software ).
Using The Service Log
The Service Log is a scrollable grid with entries in chronological order.

Double-click the Date column and select the date on the calendar corresponding to the
condition noted.
