to add a new Workgroup to the system. Type the new Workgroup name in the Text

Edit box and

Highlight the appropriate Workgroup from the list displayed and

particular Workgroup from the system. To edit the name of a particular Workgroup, first delete the
Workgroup and then add it as a “new” Workgroup.
