Creating Regions

Enter the sample information into the correct position in the Acquisition Manager Worklist. See

Acquisition Manager

to modify the Acquisition Manager display.

Set the listmode file name options from the

Workspace Preferences - LMD File Name

tab.

Set the acquisition options from the

Workspace Preferences - Acquisition Options

tab.

Set up the Worklist and run samples.

Setup Mode

on the

Cytometer Control Acquisition Setup Tab

and adjust the instrument

settings.

When satisfied with the data, deselect

Setup Mode

and continue acquisition.

Once sufficient data is collected,

File > Save Protocol

to update the protocol with the new

instrument settings.

Create Quadrant Regions

Create Linear Regions
