Replace/Adjust Procedures

Replace An Optical Filter

Replace Dichroic Filter

Use the special tool provided to loosen the metal ring on the filter holder.

NOTE

You might find it easier to finish loosening the metal ring by turning it with your gloved fingers.

Insert the tool into the metal ring’s two slots and turn to the left.

Remove the metal ring and the filter.

Orient the new filter correctly and insert the filter into the filter holder.

•

For BCI filters:

Position the filter into the filter holder so the arrow points into the counterbore.

•

For non-BCI filters:
