Variable Length Preset
Sets up the default values for the [Variable Length] displayed on the setup screen when
the media cut mode is specified. The paper sizes can be set up within a range of 210 to
15,000 mm for each media size.
Procedure

Select [Variable Length Preset] on
the [Custom Presets – Copy
Features] screen.

Select the item to be set up with
the use of the [
] and [
]
buttons, and then press the [Open]
button.

Set the required length with the
use of the [
] and [
] buttons,
and then press the [Done] button.
The entered value will be reflected back
on the Variable Length Preset screen.

Press the [Done] button.
The specified values will be saved and
the screen will return to the [Custom
Presets – Copy Features] screen.
The maximum length that can be printed will differ based on the width of the
selected media and whether or not the optional Print Length Extension
Memory (512 MB) is installed.
