Process motor belt tension adjustment
1.
Turn off the printer. Remove the left-side cabinet panels described in
the topic “Cabinet panels and covers” on page 8-4.
2.
Loosen the process motor belt tensioner screw, allow the
spring-loaded belt tensioner to adjust its position for proper belt
tension. With one finger on the pivot point to keep the tensioner
secure, rotate the process gear to seat the belt and then tighten the
tensioner in place.
3.
Reinstall the left side panel.
