STEP ACTION YES NO
4 1) Connect jumper wire from terminal “a” to “c”
of TP sensor connector.
2) Measure voltage from terminal “c” of TP sen-
sor connector to ground.
Is voltage below 0.15V?
Go to Step 5. “Bl/Y” wire open.
Poor connection of ECM
connector terminal.
If OK, substitute a known-
good ECM and recheck.
5 1) Perform “TP sensor inspection” in this sec-
tion.
Is resistance within specified value?
Poor connection of TP
sensor connector termi-
nal.
If OK, substitute a known-
good ECM and recheck.
Faulty TP sensor.
NOTE:
Upon completion of inspection and repair work, perform “DTC Confirmation Procedure” in this section and
confirm that the trouble has been corrected.
