Chapter XI Maintenance of the microwave analyzer
In case of any failure to the microwave analyzer that is difficult to be eliminated, please contact us by
phone or fax. If it is confirmed that the microwave analyzer has to be returned for repairing, please pack
it with the original packing materials and case by following the steps below:
a)
Write a detailed description of the failure of the microwave analyzer and put it in the box with the
microwave analyzer.
b)
Pack it with the original packing materials, so as to minimize possible damage.
c)
Place cushions at the four corners of the outer packing carton, and place the instrument in the outer
packing carton.
d)
Seal the opening of the packing carton with adhesive tape and reinforce the packing carton with
nylon tape.
e)
Specify text like “Fragile! Do not touch! Handel with care!” etc.
f)
Please check by precision instrument.
g)
Keep a copy of all shipping documents.
WARNING:
Since there are no user-adjustable parts inside the instrument, please
ask a professional for help if the instrument malfunctions. Do not open
the case by yourself to prevent electric shock!
DESCRIPTION:
Using other materials to pack the microwave analyzer may damage
the instrument. Never use polystyrene beads to pack the instrument
due to two reasons, that is, they cannot provide sufficient protection
on the instrument, and they can be sucked in to the instrument fan by
the static electricity generated, resulting in instrument damage.
DESCRIPTION:
The packaging materials of this product are made of materials that
are non-toxic, harmless, easy to be degraded and recycled. Under
the premise of ensuring the safety of storage and transportation of
the products, the packaging materials should be minimized to reduce
the generation of packaging waste.
Please keep the original packaging materials for transportation when
the instrument is returned to the factory for repairing.
