To pop up the interface language selection menu for analyzer operation with two options, namely,
simplified Chinese and English.
[Chinese]
To set the operation interface language to simplified Chinese, which is also the default language of the
microwave analyzer.
[English]
To set the operation interface language to English.
[Set]
To pop up analyzer-related soft setting menus, including [Date & Time], [LAN], [Update], [Manage]and
[Option Manage].
[Date & Time]
To set the date and time displayed on the microwave analyzer.
[LAN]
To set the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway.
[Update]
To update the hardware program of the microwave analyzer.
[Manage]
To be the debugging menu, which cannot be used by the user.
[Option Manage]
To set the option management function.
[[Freq Ref Int/Ext]]
To select the internal frequency reference or external one. The external reference frequency must be
10MHz±100Hz and amplitude of 0dBm (limit range: -2dBm - +10dBm). The external reference frequency
must be entered from the “Ext Ref” port on the cover plate.
[Ref Output Off/On]
To be valid when selecting the internal frequency reference for setting on/off status of the internal
reference output.
[Error Log]
To display the program error file log.
[Fan Off/On]
To set the instrument cold-start mode.
Section 5 File management
The section introduces file-management-related settings in various modes of the S5105D/E/F
microwave analyzer, including the state and trace storage and recalling functions, as well as
screen capture functions, file management and storage media selection functions.

Saving/Recalling Status
a) Press [File]→[Save State] to save relevant test settings of the microwave analyzer, such as
frequency Settings, resolution bandwidth and video bandwidth Settings. Press it to pop up the file
name dialog box for inputing the file name via the touchscreen, and press [OK] to complete the state
saving;
b) Recalling state is to recall the measurement settings of the microwave analyzer, so as to set the
microwave analyzer to the saved state. Three states can be recalled, namely, the saved state, the
sate set before last shutdown and the default system state, namely, the instrument factory setting
