[Span]
Activate the span function and set it to the center frequency/span mode. Press [Span] to simultaneously
pop up [Span Width], [Full Span], [Span Zero], and [Span Prev]. The span can be adjusted by the figure
keys, step keys or the rotary knob, and step keys and the rotary knob change in steps of 1, 2 and 5. Use
the numeric keys or select [Span Zero] to set the span to zero, and the minimum span for non-zero span
is 10Hz and the maximum span of powered channel is 20MHz.
[Full Span]
Set to center frequency/span mode and set the span to span full.
[Span Zero]
Set to center frequency/span mode, and set the span to 0, which is good for observing the signal in the
time domain, especially for observing the modulated signal.
[Span Pre]
Set to the previously selected span value.
[Start Freq]
Activate start frequency and set to the start frequency/stop frequency mode. The starting frequency can
be adjusted with the figure keys, step keys or the rotary knob, and step keys and the rotary knob change
based on the step frequency. If the set start frequency exceeds the stop frequency, the start frequency is
automatically set and its value is equal to the stop frequency.
[Stop Freq]
Activate the stop frequency and set the start frequency/stop frequency mode. The stop frequency can be
adjusted with the figure keys, step keys or the rotary knob, and the step keys and the rotary knob change
based on the step frequency. If the set stop frequency is less than the start frequency, the stop frequency
will be automatically set, and its value is equal to the start frequency.
[Step Freq Auto Man]
Adjust the frequency step. When this function is in automatic mode and the center frequency is activated,
press the step key once and the center frequency changes by one frequency step. This function is useful
for quickly adjusting the center frequency to the harmonics of the input signal, and is suitable for the
center frequency, start frequency, stop frequency, channel power span, and channel power bandwidth.
The default frequency step value is 1MHz. In manual mode, the step frequency can be adjusted with the
figure keys, step keys or rotary knob.

[Ref Level]
Activate the reference level setting function. The reference level can be adjusted with the figure keys,
step keys or the rotary knob. Set step a
mplitude

1 dBm
. The reference level corresponds to the top
of the coordinate grid. The accuracy of the measurement signal at the reference level position is better.
The input attenuator is associated with a reference level and can be automatically adjusted to avoid
compression of the input signal.
[Atten Auto/Man]
It is used to adjust the input attenuator. In automatic mode, the input attenuator is associated with a
reference level, and in manual mode, the attenuation of the attenuator can be adjusted with a numeric
keypad, a step key, or a rotary knob. The attenuation range is from 0dB to 31dB and adjusted in 5dB
steps.
Note: The maximum input signal amplitude of the input attenuator (at least 10dB input attenuation) is
+27dBm. Signals above this power will damage the input attenuator or the input mixer.
