SET (Setting) Mode
Section 6-1
The Contrast (Region) function can be used to check variables such
as the contrast between the code and background, as well as the
contrast between the code’s white cells and black cells. The contrast
will be displayed for the specified white cell region and black cell
region.
The lower the contrast, the less stable the measurements will be, so
adjust the lighting and settings if the contrast is too low.

The coordinates of the cursor are displayed.

The average density of white cells, average density of black cells,
and contrast (relative to gray edge value) are displayed. The con-
trast ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, with higher values indicating high-
er contrast and lower values indicating lower contrast.

Specify the desired white cell region.
4.
Specify the desired black cell region.

Analysis is not performed on through images.
