1.9.1 Establishing the Configuration Task
Before configuring SNMPv3, familiarize yourself with the applicable environment, complete
the pre-configuration tasks, and obtain the required data. This can help you complete the
configuration task quickly and accurately.
Applicable Environment
To designate different groups for the NM Station, that is, to implement user classification on the
NM Station, configure SNMPv3.
Pre-configuration Tasks
Before configuring SNMPv3, complete the following tasks:

Configuring the routing protocol to make the switch and the NM Station accessible

The SNMP agent function is enabled.
