Configuration Roadmap
The configuration roadmap is as follows:
1.
Configure Switch A as the NQA client.
2.
Create and perform the FTP test on Switch A to check whether a connection between
Switch A and the FTP server can be set up and to check the time for downloading a file
from the FTP server.
Data Preparation
To complete the configuration, you need the following data:
l
IP address of the FTP server
l
Source IP address for the test
l
FTP user name and password
l
Operation file of the FTP test
Procedure
Step 1
Configure the IP addresses of Switch A and Switch B. The configuration details are not
mentioned here.
Step 2
Configure Switch B as the FTP server.
