Applicable Environment
To enable NM Station Station to access and manage devices, configure basic SNMPv2c
functions on the devices.
Pre-configuration Tasks
Before configuring SNMPv2c, complete the following tasks:

Assigning an IP address to the switch

Configuring the routing protocol to make the switch and the NM Station accessible

By default, SNMP is disabled.

system-view
The system view is displayed.

snmp-agent
The SNMP agent function is enabled.

1.4.3 Configuring the SNMP Version
By default, the NM Station accesses the device through SNMPv3. To enable the NM Station to
access the device through SNMPv2c, you need to configure SNMPv2c on the device.
