ii Manipulation, déballage et contenu.
Manipulation.
L’unité est fournie sur une palette.
•
Utilisez un transpalette ( Figure ii-1 ) pour l’apporter à
son coin de travail.
Déballage.
ATTENTION: EVITEZ QUE LES BANDES SE
DETENDENT UNE FOIS COUPEES.
•
Coupez les bandes.
•
Ouvrez le haut de la boîte.
•
Retirez les agrafes au fond de la boîte. Soulevez la
boîte par dessus l’unité.
•
Déballez soigneusement l’équilibreur et les pièces
fournies.
•
Vérifiez le contenu de l’envoi.
Contenu.
L’envoi contient:
-
Un équilibreur.
- Un ensemble de documentation technique.
- Les accessoires mentionnés au Chapitre 3.
- 3 crochets et collerettes de stockage.
- Câble secteur.
- Un couvre roue.
- Un moniteur
Outils nécessaires.
- tournevis / barre (diamètre 4.5-5 mm)
- clés: 13, 16, 20 mm
Mise en position.
•
Retirez les écrous qui fixent l’équilibreur à la palette.
ATTENTION : NE PAS SOULEVER NI DEPLACER
L’EQUILIBREUR PAR L’ARBRE PRINCIPAL OU LA
TETE DE MESURE.
•
Voir Figure ii-2 . Déplacer l’équilibreur de la palette à
son point de travail.
Nota Bene :
Pour manipuler l’unité, utilisez de préférence les
crochets de stockage (montés conformément au
Chapitre iii) et/ou l’arbre du couvre roue (si présent).
ii Transportation, unpacking and contents.
Transportation.
The wheel balancer is supplied on a pallet.
•
Use a pallet truck ( Figure ii-1 ) to bring the wheel
balancer to its working area.
Unpacking.
WARNING: PREVENT THE STRAPS FROM
SPRINGING LOOSE AFTER BEING CUT.
•
Cut the straps.
•
Open the top of the box.
•
Remove staples at the bottom of the box. Lift the box
up and over the unit.
•
Carefully unwrap the balancer and spare parts
supplied.
•
Check the contents of the shipment.
Contents.
The shipment contains:
-
a wheel balancer.
- a Technical Documentation package.
- the accessories mentioned in Section 3.
- 3 storage hooks and flanges.
- a mains power cable.
- a wheel guard assembly.
- a monitor
Tools required.
- screwdriver / bar (diameter 4.5-5 mm)
- keys: 13, 16, 20 mm
Positioning.
•
Remove the bolts that secure the wheel balancer on
the pallet.
CAUTION : DO NOT LIFT OR MOVE THE WHEEL
BALANCER BY THE MAIN SHAFT OR MEASURING
UNIT.
•
Refer to Figure ii-2 . Move the wheel balancer from
the pallet to its working location.
Note :
Use the storage hooks (mount as instructed in Chapter
iii) and/or the wheel guard shaft (if present) to handle
the wheel balancer.
