Tourner la roue en position de marquage (flèches
de direction).

Placer un repère double dans cette position
exactement au-dessus de l'arbre porte-roue sur le
flanc
externe du pneu.
Nota Bene
La touche F5 permet de reculer d'un pas.

Appuyer sur la touche de menu F4 pour confirmer.
L’image OPTIMISATION 11 ( Fig. 9-18 ) est alors affichée.

Option 1 : NE PAS RETOURNER LE PNEU
Si le pneu ne doit pas être retourné sur la jante:

appuyer sur la touche de menu F4 et sélectionner
l'option NE PAS RETOURNER (1, Fig. 9-17a) . La
machine propose de nouveau l'OPTIMISATION 10,
externe
(Fig. 9-16) et l'opérateur doit poursuivre selon
les indications de l'étape précédente.
Option 2 : RETOURNER LE PNEU
Si le pneu doit être retourné sur la jante:

Appuyer sur la touche F4 et sélectionner l'option
CONFIRMER (2, Fig. 9-17a) et poursuivre.

Tourner la roue en position de marquage (flèches de
direction vertes)

Dans cette position, placer un double repère sur le
flanc interne du pneu situé exactement au-dessus
de l'arbre porte-roue.
Nota Bene :
La touche F5 permet de reculer d'une étape.

Appuyer sur la touche de menu F4 pour confirmer.
L’image OPTIMISATION 11, renverser ( Fig. 9-19 ) est alors
affichée.

A l'aide du démonte-pneu, pousser le pneu sur la
jante de façon à ce que le double repère soit aligné
par rapport à la valve.

Appuyer sur la touche de menu F4 pour confirmer.
L’image OPTIMISATION 12 ( Fig. 9-20 ) est alors affichée.

Rotate the wheel into marking position following the
arrows.

In this position mark a double notch on the
outside of the tyre exactly on the wheel holder
shaft.
Note
The F5 key allows you to move back a step.

Confirm by pressing menu key F4 .
The OPTIMISATION 11 screen ( Fig. 9-18 ) is displayed.

Option 1: TYRE NOT TURNED OVER
If the tyre must not be turned over on the rim:

Press the F4 Menu key to select the "NOT TURNED
OVER" item (1,Fig. 9-17a) ; the machine will re-
propose "OPTIMISATION 10, external" (Fig. 9-16) and
the operator can continue following the indications in
the previous step.
Option 2: TYRE TURNED OVER
If the tyre is turned over on the rim:

Press the F4 Menu key to select the "CONFIRM" item
(2,Fig. 9-17a) and continue as follows.

Turn the wheel to the position marked by the notch
(green direction arrows)

In this position mark a double notch on the inside
of the tyre exactly perpendicular to the wheel holder
shaft.
Note :
The F5 key allows you to move back a step.

Confirm by pressing menu key F4 .
The OPTIMISATION 11, turn screen ( Fig. 9-19 ) is
displayed.

Using the tyre-changer, push the tyre along the
rim until the double notch and the valve on the rim
are in line with the valve.

Confirm by pressing menu key F4 .
The OPTIMISATION 12 screen ( Fig. 9-20 ) is displayed.
