Method of Preparation:
"Take gram flour, curd, water, salt, mix well into a batter. Cover it and set aside for 4 hours to marinate. Add
green chillies, ginger paste, turmeric, lime juice, oil, soda-bi-carb and mix into a smooth batter.
Step 1: Pour into microwave oven safe lightly greased bowl, cover the bowl with lid and place in the
microwave oven, select category SF9, enter recipe code
and press start. For tampering use curry leaves,
mustard seeds, oil, and green chillies. Garnish with coriander leaves
and grated coconut. Serve with chutney."
