Method of Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare Tadka in a microwave oven safe bowl, add all ingredients other than
kala chana, tomatoes, asafoetida and water, mix well. Select category TC 71 ,enter recipe code
& press start.
Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove and add all remaining ingredients, mix well and select category TC 71 &
press start. Serve hot. "
