Method of Preparation:
"Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon together, and add melted butter until all is mixed well. Stir in the anise
extract and knead for 15 minutes. Roll it into 1 inch balls and place it on the ungreased baking dish. Place
blanched almonds on the top of each cookie and push it down slightly.

Method of Preparation:
"Take a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt and set it aside. Take another bowl; beat together
butter, sugar, and egg until light fluffy. Add vanilla and almond extracts and mix well. Add flour mixture to
butter mixture and mix until it blended properly, with your hands to form a ball shaped dough or any other
shape. Place cookies onaun greased cookie sheet or baking dish.
