Method of Preparation:
Step 1: In a microwave oven safe bowl add all ingredients other than carrots, potato,

enter recipe code &
press start.
Step 2: when the oven beeps, remove, Remove, add the remaining ingredients other than the coriander, mix
well, and press start. Remove, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
