Method of Preparation:
Wash the chicken pieces. Prick them with a fork. Mix all the ingredients of marinade in a bowl. Add the chicken
pieces &
keep them for 3 hours in a refrigerator. Remove from the fridge & let them come to the room
temperature. Spread the tissue paper on glass tray & insert the chicken pieces in rotisserie skewers. Assemble
the rotis-series & install it in the microwave. Select category BQ9, enter recipe code & press start.
Serve hot.

Method of Preparation:
Mix all the ingredient of marinade in a bowl. Wash the Chicken properly & make cuts on the chicken all over.
Marinade the
Chicken properly coating all the pastes. Keep marinated for 3 hours in refrigerator. Keep paper
towel on glass tray. Assemble the rotisserie & insert the Chicken & tie up with thread. Install the rotisserie in
the microwave. Select category BQ10, enter recipe code & press start. Serve with grilled onion slices, lemon
wedges & schezwan chutney.
