Method of Preparation:
Take all ingredients other than pomfret in a mixing bowl, mix well and apply both sides to pomfret. Arrange
pomfret in a half portion of banana leaf. Fold the other half banana leaf and close with teeth picks.
Step 1:- Take a wide glass bowl, add fish, cover the bowl with lid and place on the turntable in the oven. Select
category SF6, enter recipe code
and press start. Serve hot.
