Job Expiry Date
Sets the storage period for documents. Stored jobs are automatically deleted when
the document expiry date is reached.
• [Off] (default)
Documents are kept unconditionally.
• [No. of Days & Time]
Sets the storage period as a number of days and time.
• [Duration]
Sets the number of hours until documents are deleted.
Keep for (Days)
Sets the storage period within 1 to 14 days in 1-day increments.
• [7 Days] (default)
Delete at (Time)
Sets the time that documents are deleted.
• [3:00AM] or [3:00] (default)
Note
• Set the time by the 12-hour clock or 24-hour clock by setting [System Settings] >
[Machine Clock] > [Time Format].
Keep for
Sets the storage period between 0 hours and 15 minutes and 120 hours and 0
minutes.
• [4 Hours and 0 Minutes] (default)
Upon Power Off
Sets whether or not to delete stored jobs regardless of the storage period when the
printer is turned off or on.
• [Do not Delete Jobs] (default)
Deletes only stored jobs whose document expiry date is reached when the printer
is turned off or on.
It does not delete stored jobs whose document expiry date is not reached.
• [Delete Jobs]
Deletes all stored jobs when the printer is turned off or on.
