4.6.7 ETHERNET DIAGNOSTICS (Cont.)

Unconnected Message Manager ( UCMM)
Displays the IP address of any client requesting an ‘unconnected’ message (see
sec-
tion 4.3.21
).
Implicit I/O Messaging
Displays the IP address of the client currently carrying out implicit messaging. Once
activity ceases, the address remains on display for fi ve seconds, after which ‘Offl ine’
appears instead.
Explicit Messaging (TCPn)
Displays the IP address of each client currently carrying out explicit messaging.
Once activity ceases, the address remains on display for fi ve seconds, after which
‘Offl ine’ appears instead.
4.6.8 Copy
This facility allows the user to copy a point or group confi guration from one point, group etc. to one or
more others. The user may choose whether or not to include alarm and (if applicable) job data when
copying point confi gurations. Descriptors and colour selections are not copied.
Figure 4.6.8 shows a typical confi guration page for copying the confi guration of channel 1 (Furnace
Temp1) to channels 2 to 5 inclusive.

When ‘Copy Now’ is operated, a confi rmatory dialogue box opens, to allow the user to check the source
and destination entries.
