either ―Pass‖ if the battery has passed the test, or ―Fail‖ if the battery failed
the test.
When there are two batteries connected in either control unit or EXP-PSU the
control unit tests each battery on its own, waiting in between tests for the test
load to cool down. At the end of both tests the keypad display shows the
results for both batteries on the bottom line.
Locate Bus Device

The Test menu allows you to list all the devices connected to the bus, and to
find out where they are located by activating their sounder. From the Installer
menu select
Test – Locate Bus Device
.
The control unit presents the first item in a list of all the devices connected to
the bus. The keypad display shows the expander bus number, and any name
that has been programmed for it.

to turn on the device‘s buzzer. (Press

View Log
The control unit keeps a log of events (for example, alarms and times of
setting/unsetting). An installer or master user can read the log when the
system is completely unset. Note that no other user type can read the log.
Note: To comply with EN50131-1:2006 for Grade 2 and 3 systems the log is
divided internally into two portions: mandatory events and non-mandatory
events.
The number of events each area of the log can store is given on page 8.
The entire log will store its records for at least 10 years without power.
How the Log Displays User Identities
When you view the log, the display initially shows users by their number (for
example User001). Pressing
displays any name programmed for the user.
There are some user numbers that have special meaning, see the table below.
Note that these user numbers depend on the type of control unit.
