This is the command for setting PARC parameters.
The following parameters are set at once.

PARC_OSON_1ST_TIME
The parameter of CNFG/ARC/PARC/1ST in the menu.
The setting can be made in the unit of 0.1 us in the range
between current PULS_WIDTH to 20.0us.
The value in which the value intended to set is multiplied by
10 is transmitted.

The parameter of CNFG/ARC/PARC/ENBL in the menu.
It can be set in the range from 10 μs to 50,000 μs.
It can be set for every 10us.

bytes each.
Data is transmitted in the order of 1ST_TIME, 2ND_TIME,
and ENABLE_TIME.
* Be sure to send the values at once.
It is not possible to change specific parameters.
For any points without changes, send the values that are the
same as last time.

operation using optical synchronization cables.
The parameter of PULS/LINK in the menu.
If the PULS_OSC (0x41) command is used to set one with
synchronization, be sure to set parameters.
Number of systems: 0 to 12 (0x00 to 0x0C)
System No.: 0 to 12 (0x00 to 0x0C)
Set the parameters as above.
However, set them within the range of the number of systems
≥ System No.
In addition, if the PULS_OSC(0x41) command is used to
select System with synchronization 1 (CMST), set the system
No. to 1. If System with synchronization 2 (CSLV) is selected,
set the system No. to 2.
Data is transmitted in the order of the number of systems and
the system No.
