HOW TO OPERATE

PULS: Synchronization of pulses can be specified.

OSC: Validity/invalidity of the pulse synchronization function is selected.
LINK: The number of units in pulse synchronization is specified.

FORC: Selecting enable/disable of compulsion oscillation function.

OSC: Validity/invalidity of the pulse synchronization function is selected.

CINT: This option is selected for not carrying out the pulse synchronization. The initial value

is set to CINT.

CMST: This option is selected when carrying out pulse synchronization for a unit of the first

system.

CSLV: This option is selected when carrying out pulse synchronization for a unit of the

second and the following systems.

While the CMST is specified, the oscillation mode compulsory turns into the
continuous mode.
For changing the CMST into CINT, specify the oscillation mode once again,
since the oscillation mode is retained even turning back to CINT.

LINK: The number of units in pulse synchronization is specified.

It is set when performing pulse synchronization. Selecting total system number and the
corresponding system number.
For the image of the system, refer to 3-4-3.

FORC: Selecting enable/disable of compulsion oscillation function.

DISBL: Using the pulse oscillation condition.

The pulse operation is started after starting the electrical discharge.

ENBL: Carrying out always-on oscillation without using pulse oscillation condition.

At the time of starting the output, if the electric discharge cannot be started as well as
expected, above setting may help the improvement.
