5-1-3. About buttons on front panel

DC ON/OFF button
In the state where READY and INTERLOCK OK light up, pressing the DC ON button starts the
DC output.
The green LED lights up during the output.
Pressing the DC OFF button stops the DC output.
During the output, the main screen switches to as follows. From the top column, present output
instruction value, oscillating frequency, and reverse pulse width are indicated. In the lower
column, present output power, voltage, and current are indicated.

ESC/ARC button
The menu screen switches back to the main screen.
If you go along the hierarchy of the menu screen, return to the previous hierarchy.

MENU/ERROR button
The menu screen appears.

ENT/RESET button
Main screen: Shifts into each parameter setup mode
Press the button to display "
◀
" where you can change the parameter setup
content of the corresponding part.
To change the setup content of each item, press "
◀▶
"button, move the "
◀
" to
the intended item, and press "ENT" button. With the "
◀▶
" button, the item can
be changed, and the digit number can be selected, and with the "
▲▼
" button, the
item can be changed and the value can be increased or decreased. The value is
finalized by pressing ENT button.
*The parameters selectable differ depending on each operation mode. The items selectable are
shown in Table 5-1.
