4-10. Description of HARD ARC function
A HARD ARC function is equipped that performs a shutdown operation longer than the inter-pulse
ARC shutdown operation in a case unable to eliminate an ARC even performing an inter-pulse ACR
processing.
*In the HARD ARC function, the shutdown time and the condition for shifting into HARD ARC can be changed.
Following shows the shifting condition into HARD ARC.
Shifting into the HARD ARC if the inter-pulse ARC is occurred for n-times within the specified time
interval.

Setting the ramp time function

allows you to adjust the time necessary to reach the command
value, the ramp start value, etc.

Ramp time
The time necessary to reach the command value can be set. It starts within the set time.
* The ramp starts working after determining the ignition. Only for the constant voltage control, the lamp starts
working from the output start.
