If an error occurs, the output stops.
Even if the symptom is improved, the FAIL signal is continuously output unless the RESET
operation is carried out.
If an error occurs in the M/S connection, all the connected power supplies stop the outputs.

Input voltage error: this occurs when a voltage drooping is
detected.

Input current error Occurs when an overcurrent is detected.

Generates when the IREG/PREG are both LOW.
Generates when 1PLS/DCMD are both LOW.
MODE CHANGE WARNING W37*
This occurs when the arc parameter is switched in the DC ON
mode.
MS SETTING WARNING W38*
This occurs if the set value of the number of M/S power supply
units mismatches the number of connections.
INVERTER WARNING W39*
Occurs when an INVERTER error is detected.
UNDER VOLT WARNING W3A*
Occurs when a control voltage drop is detected.
While a warning occurs, the DC output is interrupted.
Until the situation is improved, it is kept interrupted. If the symptom is improved, it automatically
recovers.
*1: DEAD SHORT WARNING may not be detected depending on the load condition.
*2: SELECT WARNING stops the DC output and does not produce any output even when receiving a DC ON signal.
4-13. Indication when multiple errors and warnings occur
If multiple errors and warnings occur, the code is displayed on the front panel while being swit
ched every three seconds in the order of occurrence.
If the symptom is improved, the warning is automatically cancelled and the error can be cancelled by
the RESET operation.
If the symptom of error is not eliminated, "Error" is continuously displayed even carrying out the RESET
operation.
