HOW TO OPERATE

PARC: The inter-pulse ARC processing setting can be changed.

1ST:    The first shutdown time for the inter-pulse ARC can be changed.
2ND    The second and the following shutdown time for the inter-pulse ARC can be changed.
ENBL:  The shutdown validated time for the second and the following times can be changed.

1ST: The first shutdown time for the inter-pulse ARC can be changed.

The value can be selected in the unit of 0.1us from the currently specified inversion pulse
width to 20.0us.
If the time for which shutdown of second time and after is effective (ARC/PULS/PARC/ENBL)
is over, this shutdown time becomes effective again.

2ND: The second and the following shutdown time for the inter-pulse ARC can be changed.

The value can be selected in the unit of 0.1us from the currently specified inversion pulse
width to 20.0us.

Only during the time when the shutdown of the second and the following times is validated
(ARC/PULS/PARC/ENBL), the operation is carried out based on this shutdown time.

ENBL: The time that validates the inter-pulse ARC of the second and the following times can be

changed.

The value can be selected in the unit of 10us from the 100usec to 65,000usec. After the first
inter-pulse ACR processing, a counting is carried out, and the shutdown time of the
inter-pulse ARC becomes the time of the second until the time is over.

HARC: The HARD ARC processing setting can be changed.

SHDN: The output shutdown

JDGE: The judgment condition for shifting into the HARD ARC processing can be changed.

SHDN: The output shutdown dime for HARD ARC processing can be changed.

The value can be selected in the unit of 0.1us from the 0.1 msec to 50.0 msec.

TIME: The judgment time for shifting into HARD ARC processing can be changed.
CONT: Inter-pulse ARC generating times for shifting into HARD ARC processing can be

changed.

TIME: The judgment time for shifting into HARD ARC processing can be changed.

The value can be selected in the unit of 1 usec from the 50 usec to 2,500 usec.
