3-2-4 About clearance
In the power supply unit, the air-intake section is placed on the front face while the air-discharge
section is placed on the back face. Pay special attention to the clearance between the front face
and the back face. Spare an adequate clearance for taking in the air as the Fig.3-3. Provide an
adequately ventilated environment so that the inner rack temperature and the humidity do not go
beyond the specified value. Operation at a temperature outside the specification raises an alarm,
which stops devices and causes a power failure, affecting the product life.
