READ Command
The following commands are for reading various parameters and the power status from DC.

The maximum total number of units is six.
The second byte of the 2-byte data to be
responded is the number of 10-4P units.
10-4P is five: 0x0500

The maximum output value is replied (electric
power).
The maximum value varies according to the
number of units connected.

If an ERROR is occurred with an power supply
unit connected in M/S manner, the unit
generating the ERROR is replied with this
command. The bit corresponding to the unit
stands up. If an ERROR is occurred in multiple
units, all the corresponding bits stand up.

0x20 = RESERVED
0x40 = WARN
0x80 = FAIL
