7. TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter describes how to take measures against trouble.
7-1. Troubleshooting
In the event of a trouble, do the initial diagnosis according to the procedure below. If the symptom is not
improved even after troubleshooting, contact us.
Checking connector parts etc. is dangerous. So be sure to shut off the upper-stream breaker for
the power supply and leave for five or more minutes before inspection.

LED does not light up.
(1) No AC input

The interlock cannot
be released. (1) No voltage is applied between the 37
and 34 pins of USER IO PORT.
(1) Check whether or not a signal is produced
between the 37 and 34 pins of the external
control device.

READY does not turn
on. (1) FAIL occurs.
(2) INTERLOCK is not released. (1) Determine the caue of FAIL and, if possible,
improve it.
(2) Release INTERLOCK.

MODULE ERROR
Wrong setting of the back M/S
configuration switch Check the back M/S configuration switch.

CAN TIMEOUT
ERROR
TIME OUT occurs in the MS CAN
communication. Turn the breaker to OFF/ON.
If not improved, replace the power supply.

FUSE ERROR Blowout of internal fuse Replace the power supply.

DC OVER CURRENT
ERROR
Output overcurrent of DC section
Check whether the unit is recovered by the RESET
signal.
If the symptom repeats after the re-output,
exchange the power supply unit.

BUS OC ERROR Overcurrent in the main inverter
Check whether the unit is recovered by the RESET
signal.
If the symptom repeats after the re-output,
exchange the power supply unit.

TEMP ERROR Internal temperature error
If there is any obstacles in the front and back of the
power supply which decreases the cooling
efficiency, remove them.
Make a recovery by the RESET signal, and if the
symptom repeats again, exchange the power
supply unit.
