VOICE GUIDE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This feature provides a station user with an announcement that informs;
1. the result of the operation when the station user set or canceled the service feature, instead of service
set tone.
2. which service has been set to the station; such as, CALL FORWARDING – ALL CALLS, DO NOT
DISTURB or MESSAGE WAITING, when the station goes off-hook, instead of special dial tone.

No manual operation is required.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. Announcement for the result of the operation when the station user set or canceled the service feature
a. The announcement is provided when the following service features are set or canceled.
• CALL FORWARDING – ALL CALLS/ – BUSY LINE/ – DON’T ANSWER
• SPLIT CALL FORWARDING – ALL CALLS/ – BUSY LINE/ – DON’T ANSWER
• DO NOT DISTURB
• AGENT BUSY OUT – UCD

• STATION MESSAGE SCHEDULE DISPLAY
• CALL BACK
Note: When Agent Busy Out - UCD is set or canceled by the function key of a D
term
, the
announcement is not provided.
b. A Digital Announcement Trunk (DAT) circuits of MP card or a 2DAT/4DAT card are required.
MP card includes two DAT circuits and 2DAT/4DAT card provides 2/4 DAT circuits.
c. After the announcement is provided, the station user will hear reorder tone. The duration of
announcement is specified by the system data programming.
d. This service is effective on the system-wide basis.
2. Announcement for the status of a station set CALL FORWARDING – ALL CALLS/DO NOT DIS-
TURB/MESSAGE WAITING
a. The announcement is provided when either of the following service features are set by the station
user:
• DO NOT DISTURB
• CALL FORWARDING – ALL CALLS
• SPLIT CALL FORWARDING – ALL CALLS
• MESSAGE WAITING
• MESSAGE REMINDER SET FROM STATION/ATT
