GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature allows a D
term
station user to enter pauses in numbers programmed into SPEED
CALLING- ONE TOUCH service. The pause entered is used in second dial tone connections, etc.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
To program numbers in memory for One Touch key:
1. Depress the
Conf
key and the desired feature key or line key. Previously stored digits will be dis-
played on the LCD.
2. Dial the desired number and pause (
#
or
*
). The old digits will be erased and the new number is
displayed.
3. Depress the
Conf
key. The LCD will display “
SET
”.
To operate using a One Touch key:
Depress the One Touch key associated with the desired telephone number. The speaker automatically
turns on and the number is dialed.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. A stored Speed Call number may consist of a maximum combination of 16 digits and pauses.
2. One pause is 1.5 seconds.
3. The pause can be extended to 3 seconds by depressing the
#
key twice.
4. A pause may be programmed by using the
#
or
*
key. If # key is used, the pause duration is 1.5 sec-
onds. If * key is used, a system programmable pause (1.5 - 12 seconds: default is 3 seconds) is pro-
vided.
