TENANT SERVICE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature provides for more than one organization (Tenant) to share the same system.
Through system programming, each organization may be restricted to its own C.O. trunks, Attendant Con-
sole and station group. In addition, incoming calls are directed to the specific organization (Tenant).

OPERATING PROCEDURE
No manual operation is required.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. An Attendant Console can be provided for each tenant. However, when required, a single common
Attendant Console may be shared by two or more tenants. The number of Attendant Console per ten-
ant is limited to the sum total of the system.
2. Interoffice calling between Tenants may or may not be restricted, depending on system data program-
ming.
3. Different Tenants may share a common group of trunks where required.
4. When a Tenant’s station dials the operator access code, it will be connected to the associated Attend-
ant.
5. Different Tenants can utilize the same one numbering plan when necessary.
6. The system can provide TENANT SERVICE to a maximum of 64 tenants.
7. The same station numbers cannot be assigned among different tenants (e.g., stations numbered 2XXX
can only be associated with one tenant).
8. Programming on the MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATION TERMINAL (MAT) or CUSTOMER
ADMINISTRATION TERMINAL (CAT) is common to the system.
9. STATION-TO-STATION, CALL TRANSFER, THREE-WAY CALLING, TAS, and CALL FOR-
WARDING calls between Tenants can be restricted or allowed.
l0. The same feature access code can be shared between Tenants.
11. When more than one numbering plan is assigned in the system, more than one DAY/NIGHT MODE
CHANGE BY STATION DIALING access code can be assigned. When the access code is dialed by a
station, only the associated Tenant will be placed in night mode.
12. One AP00 card is required for STATION MESSAGE DETAIL RECORDING (SMDR). The same
AP00 card is applied to all Tenants.
