If the quantity of oil contained in the transmission box is insufficient then it must be topped up:
•
Unscrew and remove the screws and remove the protective guard of the box.
•
Unscrew and remove the screw plug "VT" located on the top part of the box, which can be reached through
the hole in the front protective guard, and top up the oil in the box.
The quantities of oil needed are:
•
0,9 litres for the box on (HTI)
•
1,2 litres for the box on (HTR, HTC, HTU)
Then check that the oil level in the transmission box is correct following the instructions above.
•
When finished re-close with the screw plug "VT".
•
Replace the guard and screw it back in place with the screw “V”.
To drain oil from the transmission box:
•
First obtain a container to collect the oil to be
discharged.
•
From a position under the machine unscrew and
remove the screw plug "VT" located at the bottom
of the box which can be reached through the hole
located on the crosspiece on the machine frame.
•
Drain the oil from the box into the container you
obtained previously.
•
The screw back the plug “VT”.
