AUTOMATIC OILING OF THE CHAINS
The round baler is provided with an automatic oiling system for the chains.
This system works every time the tailgate closes by means of the movement of a small pump.
The flow of oil can be regulated by adjusting the travel of the piston "P" located on the small pump.
If the quantity of oil in the outlet is low or too high, adjust the length “C” of the piston stroke so as to increase or
decrease the stroke of the piston itself:
•
Open the left side cover and position yourself so as to reach the automatic oiling pump, located under the
hinge of the cover itself.

Open the tailgate slightly so that the "P" piston is
released for its entire length.
•
Loosen the two hexagonal bolts "V" and horizontally slide the pump along their respective slots, in order to
increase or decrease the length of the stroke "C" of the piston.
Position the pump in order to obtain a stroke length "C" according to your work requirements.
Maximum length “C” = 10 mm (0ft 0.39in)
The stroke length "C" is obtained by subtracting the distance "D" of the piston completely out with the tailgate
open and the distance "d" of the piston with the tailgate closed.
