BINDING
When you have reached 90% of the bale diametr, the “ICON” control system, by using an intermittent acoustic
signal, warns you that you are about to reach the bale rated pressure value set in the program.
Once this value is obtained, another continuous acoustic signal warns you that you must immediately stop the
movement of the tractor so that the binding machine can bind the bale.
You can tie the bale with one of the following types:
•
NET binding
•
WIRE binding
•
WIRE + NET DOUBLE binding
Furthermore, the DOUBLE binding can be done in three different ways:
•
SEQUENTIAL: the bale is initially tied with the wire and only when the wire is cut, the net binding begins.
•
SYNCHRONOUS: the bale is initially tied with the wire whereas the net only starts when the wire has been
hooked by the bale and starts to slide.
•
ASYNCHRONOUS: the two wire and net bindings start and bind the bale simultaneously.
The “ICON” control system can automatically or manually start and carry out the binding cycle at the end of each
bale.
