SHARPENING OF THE CUTTER KNIVES

The knives should be sharpened with suitable equipment whenever necessary.
Bear in mind that knives sharpened well reduce the power requirement and give a better quality cut.

IMPORTANT!

When sharpening, be careful not to cause the knives to heat
up as this can compromise their resistance to wear.
Only one SIDE of the knife should be sharpened.
