ASSEMBLY OF THE KNIVES OR FALSE KNIVES

To remove the knives they must be disengaged, doing this directly from the terminal of the “ICON” control system.
To facilitate removal of the knives, lower the tape through the “ICON” control system terminal and tractor selector
lever.
More information relative to the engagement or disengagement of the knives can be found under “ICON
CONTROL SYSTEM / MENU / MANUAL MODE”.

•

Release the knives by moving the handle located on the right
side of the machine, to position “knives off” (lever lowered).

•

Enter the bale formation chamber and insert the knives or false knives in the slots.

To extract them more easily you can rotate the rotor manually proceeding with caution.

IMPORTANT!

Make sure that knives or false knives are correctly inserted on the pin.
